Fishing Day 1

As the sun slowly climbed from it's watery slumber, we find our three brave adventurers traveling South on the Sea of Cortez. They are on a Quest. A quest for Gold. Ocean Gold, El Dorado. The seas are rough, but our adventurers are rougher. It's nearly an hour before the first strike, but after that they come fast and furious. An epic battle of man versus fish. One on the line then two then three on at once. All three men pulling and reeling and pulling and reeling. The fish fight for their lives pulling, diving and jumping for all their worth. The only way to bring them in is to wear them out. A twelve round prize fight with only one winner, and today it would not be the fish. As soon as a line was cleared it was baited and tossed back in, and another golden beauty was hooked. After hours of battle our heroes bodies glistened with sweat their taught muscles burned from fatigue, but there was no quit in their spirits. There was constant frenetic motion as multiple lines were striking at once. Our faithful guide Jose had his capable hands full baiting new lines, so our adventurers had to man the gaff themselves and hoist the monstrous fish from the shimmering waters. Finally as the boat had reached it's limit the word of our heroes had spread to the locals and ships descended on their location rapidly from all directions. Their holds brimmed with fish and their bait-wells empty the brave adventurers pulled in their gear, headed for port and a well earned cerveza. Later that night our brave adventurers dined on the flesh of their formidable foes. Sleep would come easy for our exhausted heroes as thoughts of tomorrow's adventures fill their dreams.
